Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Contractor Command, a contractor-focused CRM and workflow software service.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, trial terms, and renewal details shown during checkout form part of your subscription agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing-management area in Contractor Command; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Fees already paid are not prorated or refunded for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Customer communications

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before sending SMS, email, or other communications to your customers. Contractor Command includes opt-in and do-not-contact controls, but you remain responsible for using them correctly and complying with applicable messaging and privacy laws.

Construction decisions

Contractor Command is administrative software. It does not replace professional judgment, engineering, permitting, code review, licensing requirements, legal advice, or safety procedures. You remain responsible for estimates, contracts, jobsite decisions, code compliance, and work performed for your customers.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful communications, spam, fraud, unauthorized access, infringement, or activity that disrupts the service or harms others.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Contractor Command is provided on an “as available” basis and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the period giving rise to a claim.
